Encryption & Servers

No. One account per person is required by our terms. Multiple accounts are grounds for suspension and forfeiture of funds. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link; if you no longer use an account, contact support to close it formally.

Breaches range from minor (policy reminder) to serious (account closure and fund forfeiture). Using automated tools, sharing login details, or depositing from restricted sources can trigger immediate suspension. We review each case individually.

Once your identity and payment details are verified — usually within 1 to 3 hours — your withdrawal is processed. DANA and GoPay transfers typically clear within 2 hours. OVO and QRIS may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing speed.

You can add additional DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS accounts to your wallet in Account Settings. The account holder name must match your verified identity. Withdrawals must go to a method registered in your name.

We log gameplay, deposits and withdrawals to detect fraud, ensure fair play and meet legal requirements. Your data is never sold to third parties. You can request a full data export or review any time by emailing [email protected].

You can close your account in Settings → Account & Terms → Close Account. Any balance must be withdrawn first. Closed accounts remain in our records for 3 years for legal purposes, but you won't be able to log in or access gameplay history.

We may update terms to reflect new payment methods, security practices or legal requirements. We'll notify you by email and display the new version in your Account Settings. Continued use means you accept the changes.
